BookaRental is a platform developed by EAK TEAM Electronics, based in Gjirokastër. We started in 2024 with a simple goal: give rental businesses a professional tool that replaces notebooks, spreadsheets and endless phone calls.
Today the platform has two sides: a management dashboard for rental companies of any size and any vehicle type, and a public catalogue where customers find and book vehicles directly from the companies.

Do I need to install anything?
No. BookaRental runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones. All you need is an internet connection.
What kinds of vehicles can I manage?
Cars, motorbikes and scooters, bicycles, boats and yachts, jet skis, campers and ATVs/quads. Turn on only the modules you need.
Can several employees work at the same time?
Yes. Each employee has their own account and you choose exactly what they can see and change, down to their discount limit.
Can I take bookings online?
Yes. Your business gets a public page, appears in the national catalogue and every vehicle has its own QR code. Requests reach your staff instantly.
How is my data protected?
With two-factor sign-in, data isolated per business, private files, an activity history and automatic encrypted backups.
Which languages does the platform support?
Albanian and English. Contracts are bilingual too, so they suit both local customers and tourists.
Can I reward loyal customers?
Yes. Set the points rules and rewards; customers see them in their private profile, claim vouchers and invite new friends. The program also shows on your public pages.
